Compensation: Performance-based compensation with upside earning potential, including commissions, bonuses, and other incentives based on individual results. Average 1st year professional earns between $80,000-$120,000. Responsibilities: • Meet with clients to understand their financial goals, needs, and priorities. • Develop and present personalized financial strategies and recommendations. • Help clients implement solutions, including insurance, investments, and savings strategies. • Build long-term client relationships through ongoing service and financial guidance. • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, recommendations, and financial plans.
