    PSG has partnered with a growing real estate investment firm looking for a Financial Reporting Analyst to handle expanding portfolio and investor reporting needs. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with 2–3 years of experience who is looking to deepen their exposure to real estate investments, financial reporting, and investor-facing deliverables within an entrepreneurial, fast-growing platform.

    This individual will work closely with senior leadership and play a critical role in delivering timely, accurate, and high-quality financial reporting across the portfolio.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports at both the property and entity level
    • Review financial statements and supporting schedules received from third-party operators for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
    • Support the preparation of investor reporting packages, including financial statements, variance analyses, and supplemental schedules
    • Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners
    • Maintain and enhance financial reporting templates, schedules, and internal controls
    • Perform ad hoc financial analysis and support special projects as needed

    Qualifications & Skills

    • 2–3 years of professional experience in real estate accounting, financial reporting, or a related role
    • Blend of Accounting and Finance experience. Big 4 Experience highly preferred
    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred; Finance or Real Estate degrees also considered
    • Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office; solid understanding of GAAP and financial statements
    • Experience with Power BI or other BI/reporting tools is a plus
    • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines
  • Compensation
    $110,000 per year
