Financial Reporting Manager

Must Have Foundational Skills:

• Bachelor's degree and CPA
• Minimum of 5 years of experience, ideally with SEC Reporting

Ideal Profile:

• Big 4 CPA that has audited Public companies over the last 3+ years
• Personality of high professionalism but ability to be engaging and down to Earth
• High Energy, excited to lead and mentor

Highly Recommended Experience and Ability to...:

• Lead the preparation of external financial statements in accordance with SEC rules and US GAAP.
• Manage SEC filings, including Forms 8-K, 10-Q, 10-K, 3, and 4; proxy statements and Conflict Minerals filing.
• Direct international statutory reporting, ensuring compliance with local regulations and timely submission of required reports.
