Candidates should expect to attend live in-person team meetings and training during the work week. Please Note: Due to licensure requirements, candidates must be a U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, or Green Card holder to be considered. Unfortunately, those on a temporary Visa status do not qualify. Responsibilities: • Offer solutions in insurance, asset accumulation, and retirement planning. • Ensure compliance with financial industry standards and licensing requirements. • Attend hybrid meetings, including in-person team collaboration, as required. • Utilize marketing tools and resources to grow your client base. • Attend virtual and in-person training to enhance financial expertise. Qualifications: • No prior financial experience is required, and comprehensive training is included. • Highly motivated with a strong work ethic. • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. • Must be authorized to work in the US. • Demonstrated leadership or a proven track record of success. Compensation: $60,000 - $150,000 yearly
