The ideal candidate will be eager to learn the financial services ropes needed for effective wealth management to help clients achieve their monetary goals. Responsibilities: • Seek, identify, and secure strong relationships with new clients by serving as their trusted financial advisor • Determine cash flow, income, financial status, financial goals, monetary assets and all other financial situations related to wealth management to help clients define and achieve their financial objectives • Be a coachable, organized team member interested in pursuing training development and educational opportunities • Make strategic product, plan, and investment recommendations and financial advice to help clients reach their monetary goals • Create customized financial plans for each client based on his or her life stage, professional circumstances, and fluctuating financial needs • Develop client relationships and provide tailored financial strategies. • Offer solutions in insurance, asset accumulation, and retirement planning. • Participate in structured coaching and mentorship programs. • Attend In-person and Virtual training to enhance financial expertise. • Utilize Marketing tools and resources to grow the client base. • Work within a hybrid model, attending in-person meetings and training sessions as required. • Maintaining compliance with industry regulations and licensing requirements. Qualifications: • Basic knowledge of computer programs including Microsoft Office, financial planning software, Google Suite, CRM systems, and related programs is needed • Exemplary math skills, communication skills, and relationship skills to support strong customer service for current and new clients • Though not required, a valid FINRA Series 7 & 63/66 license is considered a plus • Basic understanding of the role of a financial advisor or financial consultant, as well interest in the financial industry and financial products is necessary • Self-motivated, coachable, and driven to succeed. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Competitive mindset with a history of leadership or achievement. • No prior experience in finance is required—comprehensive training is provided. • Must be authorized to work in the US. Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000 yearly
