Responsibilities: • Execute daily prospecting and client acquisition activities • Build relationships through networking, referrals, and community involvement • Generate and manage a consistent sales pipeline • Conduct client meetings and present financial planning solutions • Meet weekly and monthly KPIs for prospecting, appointments, and production • Participate in ongoing sales, leadership, and financial planning training • Progress through the LCElite Program toward leadership opportunities Qualifications: • Competitive and results-driven • Excellent communication skills • Business-driven mindset • Comfortable in a sales environment • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required • Ability to obtain Life & Health, SIE, Series 7 & 63 (sponsorship provided) Compensation: $45,000 - $85,000 yearly
