We are seeking ambitious eager Finance Operations Analyst to join our growing team.

*candidates must be able to work from home and come into office

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls from clients regarding their brokerage accounts
• Follow up with client request and ensure request are answered in a timely manner
• Verify and ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to and complied
• Process check and federal wire disbursements
• Clear outstanding debts and assist with check stop payments
• Ensure all escalated issues are resolved in timely manner with high class customer service

Your Skills and Experience:

• Associate or Bachelors REQUIRED
• Strong communication skills - verbal and written
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
