Responsibilities: • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, marketing materials and documents for analysis and review. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and transactions. • Assist in processing and monitoring financial & insurance transactions. • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, completing applications, working with underwriters & financial institutions. • Scanning documents and uploading into our CRM system • A point of contact for ordering office supplies, scheduling service people to resolve office IT issues. • Data Entry into our CRM systems and client portal. • Email management • Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with financial and insurance policies and procedures. Qualifications: • 1.5+ years of experience in financial and or insurance services or related fields • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially excel, outlook efficiency, and powerpoint) • Strong passion for attention to details and organizational skills • Education Level: College Degree • US Work Authorization • Microsoft Office Skills • Enjoys learning and executing the tasks at hand • Working in office environment (Charleston, SC vicinity) Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000
