Job Description

This firm is seeking an experienced Transactional Lawyer for its Financial Services practice. The firm has 5 finance groups: securitization, renewable energy project finance, syndicated loans, public bonds, and real estate finance.

Requirements:

• 1–7 years of experience in finance transactional law at Am Law 200 Firm
• Working knowledge of syndicated credit facilities and leveraged finance transactions (preferred: 5+ years)
• Excellent academic performance and strong interpersonal skills
• Must be barred in North Carolina
