    What You'll Do

    • Meet with clients virtually to understand their financial goals
    • Walk clients through basic financial concepts and available solutions
    • Assist in implementing appropriate financial strategies based on client needs
    • Maintain ongoing client communication and follow-ups
    • Participate in training and skill development sessions
    • Work alongside experienced team members to build client relationships

    Training & Support
    No prior experience is required. You'll receive structured training designed to help you develop confidence working with clients and understanding financial services.

    Ongoing mentorship and support are provided as you progress.

    Compensation
    This is a performance-based role, with income tied to client activity and production.

    Schedule
    This position is structured as a full-time role. Scheduling flexibility may be available as you progress in training and licensing.

    Licensing Requirement
    A state financial services license is required for this role. The company provides guidance and support throughout the licensing process.

    Qualifications

    • Must be at least 18 years of age
    • Must be authorized to work in the United States and currently reside within the U.S.
    • Strong communication and people skills
    • Self-motivated and dependable
    • Comfortable working in a remote environment
    • Ability to pass a background check (required for licensing)
    • Willingness to complete licensing within a reasonable timeframe
