MARKETING ASSISTANT

OFFICE LOCATION: Costa Mesa/Newport Beach, CA

We have room for another team member in support of our growing Marketing team.

This role emphasizes working across multiple areas within our Marketing Department.

We’re looking for someone with

• Strong prioritizing skills
• Problem-solving abilities
• Beginning media production skills
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Beginning knowledge of Adobe InDesign, PhotoShop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver
• Beginning copywriting skills
• Must have some Marketing, college courses
• Graphic design skills a plus
• Ability to work independently
• Shipping and Receiving experience

• Assisting with the production of marketing material, digital and social media & print material
• Preparing Marketing material for distribution
• Tracking & updating Marketing activity
• Preparing source data
• Shipping preparation
• Tracking Marketing inventory
• Full exposure to all Marketing activities
