Responsibilities: Connect with prospective and existing clients to understand their financial goals and help them create a plan for the future. Present financial strategies and solutions that align with each client's unique needs and objectives. Guide clients through the financial planning process with clear communication and personalized recommendations. Develop and maintain strong client relationships by providing responsive, high-quality service. Monitor client progress and recommend adjustments as financial goals and life circumstances evolve. Build new business through referrals, networking, educational events, and community involvement. Collaborate with team members and mentors to continuously improve client outcomes and professional skills. Qualifications: Passion for helping others achieve their financial goals Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Coachable and eager to learn Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Strong organizational and time management skills Customer service, banking, education, healthcare, or sales experience is a plus High school diploma or equivalent Must be eligible to obtain the required state insurance and financial services licenses Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000
