Continuum Co. is seeking a hybrid Financial Services Coordinator to deliver banking services—such as treasury, lending, and insurance—to clients, including homeowner associations (HOAs) and condominium communities, through Continuum’s network of preferred financial partners. This individual will act as the regional sales lead, advising clients and facilitating coordination among financial institutions, accounting staff, property managers, and the systems used to manage records and financial transactions. This Financial Services Coordinator role represents a great opportunity for a sales-oriented individual with experience in wealth management and/or community association banking. This full-time, hybrid position offers a competitive starting salary of $80,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes: • 401(k) plan with employer match • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • Life insurance • Short-term and long-term disability coverage • Flexible PTO Responsibilities: • Increase program awareness among our brands and clients, including Community Association Boards • Present investment proposals to Boards and Property Managers • Execute approved investment proposals and new account requests • Monitor maturing CDs and notify Boards and Property Managers accordingly • Close inactive or outdated bank accounts • Update authorized signers on non-partner bank accounts • Update authorized signers on partner bank accounts • Process bank-to-bank transfers and related transactions, including ACH, wire, and check requests • Approve and place new CD orders • Analyze community financial statements • Provide loan quote comparisons to the Boards • Ensure safekeeping and compliance with guidelines for checks and confidential or sensitive documents Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Access, Excel, and Word • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Prior experience in banking, financial services, or a related field Compensation: $80,000 - $95,000
