Responsibilities: • Communicate all offers of employment and denials to job candidates in a timely and professional manner • Write company job postings, making sure that they are readily available on public job boards as well as for current employees • Coordinate interviews and skills testing with qualified candidates • Evaluate all applications for positions and note those with the right skills and experience for further review Qualifications: • Excellent networking skills and the ability to attract top talent during the recruiting process • Candidates must have strong interviewing, communication and interpersonal skills • Over 3 years of recruiting industry experience, preferably 5 years • Ability to write and edit clear, engaging job descriptions • B.A. or equivalent work experience necessary Compensation: $60,000
