HUMAN RESOURCES OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
Fast-paced and growing boutique investment advisory firm is looking for an Operations Coordinator to take on an integral role and lead in the execution on regulatory/operational tasks. This is an exciting opportunity to work hands-on throughout a diverse set of regulatory and operational functions!
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Track regulatory matters and maintain regulatory databases
- Identify, recommend and implement operational improvements to streamline HR processes, systems and procedures
- Participate in recruiting, onboarding, performance management, training and employee engagement communications project
- Support regulatory filings and audits and respond to regulatory requests
- Handle day-to-day questions on benefits
- Support business selection and conflicts committee
- Review plan documents for accuracy and ensure operational procedures and communications are compliant with plan terms
- Execute additional ad hoc projects as necessary
QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5-10 years of experience handling complicated operational execution and project management (M&A advisory firm or investment bank experience preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask, manage multiple work streams
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills with the ability to present articulately to senior-levels and business teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
