Responsibilities: • Guide clients in identifying their financial goals and develop tailored strategies to achieve them. • Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about the latest trends and opportunities in the insurance industry. • Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. • Utilize our comprehensive training programs to enhance your expertise in wealth management and financial planning. • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and personalized service. • Analyze clients' financial situations to recommend suitable insurance products and investment options. • Participate actively in professional development sessions to stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes. Qualifications: • Experience in financial services or a related field is a plus, but not required. • Ability to communicate complex financial concepts in a clear and relatable manner. • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships from personal prospecting • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Strong analytical skills to assess clients' financial situations and recommend suitable solutions. • Ability to work collaboratively within a team to share insights and strategies. • Willingness to obtain FINRA SIE, Series 6/7, and Series 63 within the first year (materials and fees provided). Compensation: $75,000 - $120,000
