Responsibilities: • Assist with new client onboarding, document collection, and welcome materials • Prepare reports, summaries, and follow‑up items for client meetings • Maintain CRM data integrity and support ongoing client service needs • Prepare financial plan inputs, account summaries, and investment reports • Participate in prospecting activities, including outreach, follow‑up, and nurturing warm leads • Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and introduce appropriate solutions • Represent Lakeshore Financial at networking events, community engagements, and client appreciation activities Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Finance, Business, Economics, Psychology, or related field) • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • High level of professionalism, discretion, and client‑service orientation • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus • Interest in pursuing industry licenses (Series 7/66, Life & Health) Compensation: $50,000 - $80,000
