Financial Services Professional - Licensing And Training Provided
We are looking for future leaders in our office to join one of the company's top producing teams. This is a full-time Hybrid Financial Services Professional role located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The right individual will be provided with endless resources and industry-leading training to help ensure their career goals are attainable. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial planning, life protection, disability coverage, retirement planning, and providing financial services to clients. All candidates have defined opportunities for career advancement. If you have an MBA, have run your own business, or were previously a manager in another industry, an expedited path to management (Fast-Track to Partner) may apply. Responsibilities: • Assist clients with decisions related to life insurance, mutual funds, savings plans, and other financial products and services • Participate in educational meetings or seminars relevant to client risk tolerant and financial objectives for research prior to offering sound financial advice • Create customized financial plans using the products and services we offer based on each client’s potential life and financial needs • Leverage marketing and social media tools to identify, pursue, and secure new clients who can benefit from having a trusted financial service professional • Schedule appointments and meet with potential clients • Make product recommendations to help clients meet their financial goals • Provide ongoing service and support to existing policyholders • Provide financial planning services and advice to customers on personal investment product purchases • Provide education to clients on tax-efficient strategies • Constantly work on additional licenses and designations to increase offerings • Discipline to be in business for yourself, but not by yourself • Desire and motivation to start a career, and not just a job Qualifications: • Must possess uncompromising integrity and the ability to communicate complex ideas • Strong relationship management skills and/or experience required • Must have the ability to successfully network and prospect for new clients • Unrelenting desire to become an industry expert • Leadership skills are required • Willing to obtain FINRA SIE, Series 6/7 and Series 63 within first year (study materials and exam fees are provided by the company) • Constant, relentless desire to learn new skills and gain new licenses/designations • Self-starter who doesn't require external motivation • Candidates looking to have defined career paths with unlimited income potential and opportunities are ideal Compensation: $75,000 - $120,000
