Financial Services Professional – Management Track

Responsibilities: • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their insurance and financial protection needs • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve business goals • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase revenue and market share • Recruit, train, and retain high-performing sales agents • Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback and reports to senior management • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction • Stay updated on insurance products, market trends, and regulatory requirements • Represent the company professionally at client meetings, networking events, and community engagements Qualifications: • Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in business or a similar field • 3+ years of experience in sales management or in a leadership role in the sales department • Excellent leadership skills, analytical skills, and communication skills • Demonstrates a proven track record of success in sales • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (preferred, not required) • Sales experience is a plus, but not required — training is provided • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to succeed • Interest in leadership, management, and long-term career growth • Licensed or willing to become licensed in life & health insurance Compensation: $100,000 - $180,000 yearly
