Responsibilities: • Build and maintain relationships with clients through trust and long-term service. • Identify clients’ financial needs and objectives through fact-finding and analysis. • Develop customized strategies to help clients meet goals such as retirement planning, wealth accumulation, and income protection. • Provide ongoing guidance and support as clients’ needs evolve. • Participate in professional development and training programs to enhance your skills and industry knowledge. • Collaborate with mentors, managers, and partners to grow your career and client base. Qualifications: • Bilingual preferred but not required. • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills. • Self-motivated with a high degree of integrity and professionalism. • Business-Driven mindset and the ability to work independently. • Must be authorized to work in the United States. • Willingness to obtain state life and health insurance licenses (training provided). • Willingness to pursue FINRA registration (Series 6 or 7 and 63), supported and sponsored by New York Life. Compensation: $99,000 - $125,500 yearly
