Responsibilities: • Willingness to obtain a license with the state of Texas • Willingness to be coached and developed • Identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including social media, networking events, and community outreach. • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies that align with our growth objectives. • Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and fit for our dynamic team environment. • Guide candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from application to onboarding. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in our database. • Participate in marketing initiatives to promote our brand and attract top talent to our organization. • Work closely with leaders to understand their needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions that meet their requirements and timelines. Qualifications: • Open to learning about the insurance and financial services industry • High school diploma required (college degree is a plus) • Must be 18 years or older • Must reside in the US • Must pass a financial criminal background check • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Self-motivated with a desire to grow and lead • No prior financial services experience required. Training provided • Applicants must be authorized to work and currently reside in the United States. Compensation: $50,000 at plan commission based on performance
