    Position Overview: Are you passionate about helping individuals and families protect what matters most? Our State Farm agency is seeking a customer-focused Financial Services Representative with a strong emphasis on life and health insurance solutions.

    In this role, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs and guide them through coverage options that provide long-term financial security and peace of mind. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys meaningful conversations, building lasting relationships, and making an impact through insurance and financial services.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Educate customers on life, health and other insurance options

    Conduct needs-based conversations to identify gaps and recommend appropriate protection

    Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers through regular follow-ups

    Support customers through the application process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience

    Collaborate with the team to identify gaps within the existing book of business

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Active Life & Health license (must be able to obtain, current licensees preferred)

    Strong communication and relationship-building skills

    Ability to explain complex coverage options in a clear and relatable way

    Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a sales-driven environment

    Professional and trustworthy demeanor with a genuine desire to help others
