Responsibilities: • Partner with clients to develop customized financial plans and strategies best suited to individual client situations • Develop and execute a business development plan to identify new clients to serve and support • Serve as a collaborative team player willing to further development through continued training opportunities Qualifications: • Must possess an entrepreneurial spirit • Must be ambitious and self-motivated • Have excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills • A desire to grow within the financial services industry • Must be willing to obtain a life/health insurance producer's license • This is an upside, 100% commission-based opportunity. We offer new hires the opportunity to receive $12,000 as financial support. Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 per year
