This role includes providing exceptional customer service, assisting clients in financial management, and informing them about our array of financial offerings. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, keen critical thinking skills, and proficient decision-making capabilities. Responsibilities: • Create and execute sales strategies to grow and manage customer portfolios effectively • Provide personalized advice by evaluating clients’ financial needs and priorities, presenting tailored plan options that fit their goals • Participate in required training sessions—both online and in person—to obtain and maintain necessary licenses • Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the client relationship Qualifications: • Strong communication skills are essential for success in this role • Must already hold, or be willing to obtain, a Life/Health insurance license • Passion for helping others and making a positive impact • Prior experience in sales or business is highly valued • Comfort using CRM tools, especially Salesforce, is a plus • Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000+ yearly
