Responsibilities: • Work exclusive, high-intent leads —no cold calling, no chasing prospects • Meet with clients virtually or over the phone to assess their financial protection needs • Help families secure life insurance and other coverage while earning lucrative commissions • Leverage a proven system that has helped agents achieve six- and seven-figure incomes • Operate like a business owner —set your own schedule and control your growth • Receive comprehensive training and mentorship , whether you’re licensed or new to the industry • Join a supportive team culture with reward programs, incentive trips, and growth opportunities Qualifications: • Strong communication skills, you can work anywhere in the country, but you have to be plugged into your mentor. (We have our own virtual call center via Zoom.) • Need a readiness to learn and be trained • No felonies on your record • Coachable • Be motivated! You can earn as much as you want if you put in the work • Willing to obtain a state life insurance license (if not already licensed) • Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn • Able to communicate effectively with clients and team members • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment • Trainable and committed to growth Compensation: $120,000 - $160,000 at plan earnings
