    Job Description

    As a Manager within Financial Services at Sia, you lead complex client engagements across banking, capital markets, wealth and asset management, and risk and compliance. You serve as a trusted advisor to clients, shaping engagement strategy, guiding delivery teams, and translating complex business and regulatory challenges into sustainable, high-impact solutions.

    Managers at Sia balance deep subject matter expertise with strong leadership, overseeing multiple workstreams, mentoring Associate Managers and Consultants, and driving client relationships forward. You play a key role in business development, practice growth, and the continued evolution of Sia’s Financial Services capabilities.

    _ Responsibilities:_

    • Lead end-to-end delivery of financial services engagements, ensuring quality, scope, and commercial objectives are met

    • Act as a primary client contact, managing relationships and facilitating senior-level discussions

    • Set engagement direction, structure workplans, and oversee multiple workstreams and teams

    • Coach and develop Associate Managers and Consultants, fostering high performance and growth

    • Provide strategic insight and challenge to clients across regulatory, operational, and transformation initiatives

    • Identify opportunities for follow-on work and support proposal development and sales efforts

    • Contribute to practice development through thought leadership, methodology refinement, and internal initiatives

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • A degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field. ( Master's preferred)

    • 7+ years of experience in consulting, banking, or financial services.

    • Prior experience in Project Management in a client-facing project role

    • Strong understanding of one or more of the following:

      • Capital Markets

      • Wealth & Private Banking

      • Corporate or Transaction Banking

      • Cash & Liquidity Management

      • Treasury or Financial Markets

      • Asset Management

      • Risk, Compliance, or Regulatory Change

      • Payments & Fintech

    • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

    • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and basic data analytics tools.

    • Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

    Hybrid Workplace Guidelines

Consultants located in our primary market office locations—New York City, Charlotte, Seattle, and San Francisco are expected to live within a reasonable commuting distance and attend the office at least three days per week.
