Responsibilities: • Meet with individuals and families to discuss their financial goals • Educate clients on life insurance and retirement planning options • Help clients identify strategies to protect their income, family, and future • Conduct appointments virtually and in person • Assist clients through the application and underwriting process • Provide exceptional customer service and ongoing policy support • Build and maintain long-term client relationships • Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership development • Maintain accurate client records and documentation Marketing & Growth Channels You'll learn how to generate new business through: • Social media marketing • Referral-based marketing • Community networking • Digital lead generation • Relationship building and direct outreach • Educational workshops and events Qualifications: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset • Must be coachable and willing to learn • Comfortable using social media and online communication tools • No prior financial services experience required; training provided • Must be at least 18 years old • Must reside in the United States • Must be authorized to work in the United States • Must be able to pass a financial and criminal background check • Must be willing to obtain a Life Insurance License • DFW-area candidates preferred; remote opportunities available nationwide Compensation: $50,000 at plan commission performance-based
