Job Description

Credit Union is seeking a "rock star" Teller/Member Service Representative to be responsible for giving friendly, accurate and expeditious service to members.

This position will rotate between the teller line, receptionist desk and member service desk. Excellent opportunity for a teller to learn reception and new accounts.

• Receives and processes member financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments; sells money orders and cashier's checks to members; transfers amounts from member accounts as directed.
• Cross sells Credit Union products & services.
• Welcomes members and provides routine information concerning services and directs members to appropriate department for specific information and service.
• Balances cash drawer and daily transactions.
• Performs a variety of miscellaneous tasks including typing, filing, scanning, computer input and answering the telephone.
• Other duties as assigned.

HOURS: Monday - Friday 8:15 AM -4:45 PM, NO SATURDAYS

Qualifications

1 year teller or retail cash handling/balancing experience. New Accounts/Member Services a plus. EXCEPTIONAL service skills a must.

Additional Information

Compensation: $17-19/hr
