    A leading global law firm based in Los Angeles, Washington D.C., Houston, or New York (Preferred), is searching for a bright and collaborative Pricing Analyst who will be a key contributor in billing rates and special fee arrangement administration as well as financial analytics on legal matters.

    The best candidate should strive to provide the highest-quality customer service by becoming a subject-matter expert in all pricing related matters, and must be very flexible and highly committed to quality in order to establish and maintain an excellent working relationship with internal and external stakeholders.

    This role reports to the Pricing Manager.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Involvement in the Firm’s billing rate administration for all offices.
    • Maintaining the Firm’s rates and fee arrangements database.
    • Collaborating with the Firm’s billing department to execute negotiated fee arrangements.
    • Performing ad hoc analyses using the firm's various data stores and tools.

    Qualifications:

    • Must be self-motivated, learn quickly, detail-oriented and well-organized.
    • Must have a strong customer focus, be responsive, work well under pressure and continually strive for efficiency and excellence.
    • Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving ability are also required.
    • Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills are required to build and maintain effective relationships with senior management, attorneys and staff.

    Experience:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or a related field.
    • Prior law firm or pricing experience is a plus.
    • Must be able to work with large volumes of data and possess advanced proficiency in Excel (i.e., formulas, macros, pivots, data manipulation).
