An Atlanta-based law firm is seeking a Financial Systems & Reporting Manager to oversee, enhance, and support the firm’s financial systems. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role manages the Financial Systems Administrator while serving as a hands-on leader who ensures accuracy, integration, and innovation across financial platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and support the firm’s financial systems (Elite 3E, Iridium, SSRS, and related tools).
Oversee financial reporting, data integrity, and system integrations.
Lead system enhancements, troubleshooting, and vendor relationships.
Collaborate with IT and Finance teams to ensure smooth operations and upgrades.
Provide leadership, guidance, and process improvements within the Accounting team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Finance, or Accounting.
5+ years of financial systems experience; law firm or professional services experience strongly preferred.
Expertise with SQL Server, Microsoft Office, and financial reporting tools.
Strong project leadership experience (PMP a plus).
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
