An Atlanta-based law firm is seeking a Financial Systems & Reporting Manager to oversee, enhance, and support the firm’s financial systems. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role manages the Financial Systems Administrator while serving as a hands-on leader who ensures accuracy, integration, and innovation across financial platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support the firm’s financial systems (Elite 3E, Iridium, SSRS, and related tools).

• Oversee financial reporting, data integrity, and system integrations.

• Lead system enhancements, troubleshooting, and vendor relationships.

• Collaborate with IT and Finance teams to ensure smooth operations and upgrades.

• Provide leadership, guidance, and process improvements within the Accounting team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Finance, or Accounting.

• 5+ years of financial systems experience; law firm or professional services experience strongly preferred.

• Expertise with SQL Server, Microsoft Office, and financial reporting tools.

• Strong project leadership experience (PMP a plus).

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
