    Job Description

    What You’ll Do

    Own & Evolve Our Adaptive Planning Environment

    • Lead the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of Workday Adaptive Planning to support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across the organization.
    • Manage metadata, hierarchies, structural changes, and version control with an emphasis on data accuracy and system reliability.
    • Identify and implement opportunities to streamline planning processes, expand modeling capabilities, and improve the end‑user experience.

    Strengthen Key Financial Integrations

    • Partner with our Financial Systems team to optimize integrations with Workday Financials, UKG (workforce management/payroll), and ADS (AIR data store).
    • Ensure smooth, timely, and accurate data flows across platforms and troubleshoot issues in partnership with IT, HR, and Finance.
    • Support system upgrades, test new functionality, and help ensure seamless operations across our connected systems.

    Empower & Support System Users

    • Act as a trusted advisor for Finance and cross‑functional partners, helping users build or refine reports using Adaptive and OfficeConnect.
    • Create clear documentation, training resources, and best‑practice guidance that help teams get the most out of the system.
    • Lead user training sessions, support onboarding for new team members, and respond to ad‑hoc reporting and system questions.

    What You Bring

    • 5+ years of experience in financial systems, FP&A technology, or a similar discipline.
    • Hands‑on expertise with Workday Adaptive Planning (model building, configuration, or reporting experience strongly preferred).
    • Comfort working with integrated ecosystems — including Workday Financials, UKG, and/or enterprise data warehouses.
    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate business needs into thoughtful, scalable system solutions.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on enabling teams and building trust across functions.

    _ What We Offer_

    AIR offers attractive total $125,000 - $140,000 base salary plus annual target bonus. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
