Inside Sales Representative
Job Description
The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) at FTNI will focus nearly exclusively on lead generation, qualification and client acquisition. This fast-paced, entry-level position will combine business development efforts including calling/emailing new prospective clients, working with partner referrals, and qualifying leads generated from online content.
The ISR will develop valuable relationships and educate prospective clients to the broad spectrum of FTNI’s ETran Integrated Receivables solutions. FTNI ISRs work closely with prospective clients to identify solutions for their unique receivables processing needs and consult through the initial sales qualification process. Ideal candidates are highly-motivated, able to effectively communicate across both verbal and written channels, and driven to create highly-qualified leads that will result in closed sales, increased revenue, and long-term customer relationships.
