Empresa internacional del ramo de Real Estate y Corporate Banking, busca “Administrative Clerck” para que forme parte de su equipo en sus oficinas de Miami, Fl.

Es de vital importancia, tener experiencia y conocimiento en temas hipotecarios en EUA, proceso de crédito y closing de propiedades (HUD), ya que dicha posición es clave dentro de la compañía. Indispensable ser 100% bilingüe (español/ inglés)

Sus principales responsabilidades son: Ser el vínculo entre el cliente y los proveedores legales y brokers hipotecarios.

En el área hipotecaria, será el encargado de gestionar y solicitar al cliente los documentos necesarios para tramitar hipotecas con los distintos brokers, llevando un seguimiento puntual tanto con el cliente como con el broker hipotecario.

En el área Administrativa deberá organizar documentos de los clientes.

Servicio al cliente, comunicación efectiva, organización y adaptabilidad son cualidades que se necesitan para desempeñar de la mejor manera dicho puesto.
