WrenchWay is seeking a motivated and collaborative Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Marketing Specialist, you will work with internal teams to assist in the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns that strengthen brand awareness, generate new leads, and nurture existing prospects.

The ideal candidate will be able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and have a passion and drive to expand their knowledge and grow their career in marketing. You will work closely with senior leaders in the company and have ample opportunity for growth.

Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, measure, and analyze social media campaigns

• Create, update, and publish content on blog and website

• Update and schedule email marketing campaigns

• Assist in virtual event logistics, including speaker communications, setting up registration pages updating graphics and slides, and executing event promotions

• Write and publish blog articles summarizing weekly video series and podcast

• Track monthly performance of website and social media platforms

Qualifications:

• Associates or Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field

• Proficient in MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube)

• Experience in email marketing programs (Hubspot, MailChimp), preferred

• Experience with Wordpress, preferred

• Familiarity with CRM (Hubspot), a plus
