Hiring Full & Part Time Automotive Technicians | $500 Sign-On | $35-60/hr

FixMyCar is an established, fast-growing car repair & maintenance company that provides a tech-friendly approach. We have a steady volume of customers that come to us for their light-duty vehicle repair and maintenance needs. Our techs complete brake jobs, oil changes, battery, alternator & starter replacement, timing belts, 30/60/90k service, A/C repair, and other similar light-duty services.

Instead of working in a shop dealing with politics and exhaust fumes, our auto techs work in a mobile capacity. We are looking for full-time and part-time auto techs that are experienced and hardworking. Applicants should currently be state or ASE-Certified or are willing to get their certification with our support.

HOW IT WORKS:

• You set the schedule you would like your jobs to be within
• You get a notification on your phone about an appointment with the details (car, repair type, customer info, etc.)
• You perform the repair on-site
• Get paid weekly: Flat rate plus Commission, tips, and bonuses

PAY STRUCTURE:

• $30-60 hourly rate (Top Techs make $4-8K/month)
• Plus Commission on additional services sold and tips
• Plus weekly bonuses, including $20 for every customer you serve that becomes a repeat customer and $10 for each oil change membership signup.

LONG-TERM

• We value our techs. After six months, you can choose to remain 1099 or to become a full-time employee.
• Advancement opportunities, including mentoring newer techs and corporate positions, are available.
• We provide a pay structure that starts new mechanics at a very competitive rate and keeps growing automatically with hours worked.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 4+ years automotive technician experience
• ASE or state certification preferred OR willing to get them soon
