Job Overview:
We're seeking a versatile Auto Repair Service Coordinator to handle service requests from drivers and liaise with our network of qualified mechanics. This role is not just about logistics; when not coordinating repairs, you will be responsible for growing our database of technicians. You will be reporting directly to the Service Request Manager.
Responsibilities:
Service Coordination:
Respond to auto repair requests from drivers via phone, email, or chat.
Identify suitable mobile mechanics or technicians to fulfill service requests.
Coordinate between drivers and technicians to schedule and confirm appointments.
Oversee the service from initiation to completion, ensuring customer satisfaction and quality service delivery.
Handle payment processes, including upfront charges and final invoicing.
Technician Relationship Management:
Actively source new mechanics and technicians through LinkedIn, Yelp, Craigslist, Google, and other listings.
Update and maintain the technician database, ensuring the information is accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements:
Familiarity or experience in the auto repair industry.
Familiarity with CRM systems and platforms like LinkedIn, Yelp, Craigslist, and Google.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive and problem-solving attitude.
