You will be responsible for providing crisis intervention, diagnosing psychological issues, pinpointing and altering detrimental patterns, fortifying communication skills, and tackling dysfunctional behaviors. Candidates with 1-3 years of experience are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities: • Document patient records accurately and thoroughly in accordance with facility and licensing standards • Participate in clinical team meetings on a weekly basis, and engage with community organizations • Deliver mental health services to families, couples, individuals, and children by employing solution-focused counseling techniques • Plan, carry out, and assess therapeutic treatment programs for each patient individually Qualifications: • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities, as well as outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, are needed • Must have experience providing therapy in a clinical setting • Must have an unrestricted state license with the BBS to practice in CA • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities, as well as outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, are needed Compensation: $28 - $35 hourly
