All records are paperless • Paid malpractice/liability Insurance • Retirement benefits • Long term career • Training and Support • Monthly Stipend Responsibilities: • See a minimum of 10 clients per week • Have a quiet space at home to work with privacy • Work ethically and with integrity • Love to work independently with support in all areas • Have a desire to learn and help others • Have a passion to learn and grow and be the best you that you can be • Assess, diagnose, and provide highly individualized and quality psychotherapy to adults and/or children using various modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or any other EBP • EMR experience is a plus • Maintain a solid caseload • Manage calls and emails from office staff and clients • Maintain Professionalism with clients and staff • Utilize Collaborative Note-writing • Create Safety Plans if needed Qualifications: • Must be licensed in CA • Licensed can live outside of CA as long as your license is for CA • Newly licensed is ok • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain a solid caseload • Applicants must be dedicated and passionate about being a therapist in order to provide the highest level of care to the client • Trained in an evidenced practice (CBT, DBT, EMDR, IFS, etc.) preferred • Work at a high level independently and be flexible with change and be able to take direction • You must currently not have a private practice for yourself • Must have a private space at home to provide private telehealth sessions to clients • Being bilingual is a plus but not mandatory • Organized and Good time management • Have a computer and phone to utilize for work • Great social skills and a positive attitude • Previous telehealth experience is preferred • Open communication with admin staff Compensation: $55 hourly
