If so, we have an excellent opportunity for a Mental Health Therapist who can provide our patients with long-term strategies to improve their relationships. You'll provide patients with crisis intervention, diagnose psychological problems, identify problematic patterns that need to be modified, help strengthen their communication, and address dysfunctional behaviors. If you have some experience providing therapeutic services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, and are currently able to practice in CA please apply now! Responsibilities: • Attend weekly supervision. • Provide Therapy sessions in Spanish. • Attend weekly training when you start with our company for the 1st 4 weeks. • Conduct intake and needs assessment of individuals, significant others, and family members by testing, interviewing, observing, and holding discussion sessions. • Participate in the development, implementation, and assessment of therapeutic treatment programs for each patient. • Maintain accurate, thoroughly documented patient records with a quality of documentation that meets facility and licensing standards. • Provide mental health services to families, couples, individuals, and children utilizing solution-focused therapy strategies for improving relationships. Qualifications: • Must have experience providing therapy in a clinical setting. • Must be able to hold client sessions in Spanish. • Must have an unrestricted state license with the BBS to practice in CA. • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities, as well as outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, are needed. Compensation: $30 hourly
