You'll provide patients with crisis intervention, diagnose psychological problems, identify problematic patterns that need to be modified, help strengthen their communication, and address dysfunctional behaviors. Responsibilities: • Attend weekly supervision. • Provide Therapy sessions in Spanish. • Attend weekly training when you start with our company for the 1st 4 weeks. • Conduct intake and needs assessment of individuals, significant others, and family members by testing, interviewing, observing, and holding discussion sessions. • Participate in the development, implementation, and assessment of therapeutic treatment programs for each patient. • Maintain accurate, thoroughly documented patient records with a quality of documentation that meets facility and licensing standards. • Provide mental health services to families, couples, individuals, and children utilizing solution-focused therapy strategies for improving relationships. Qualifications: • Must have experience providing therapy in a clinical setting. • Must be able to hold client sessions in Spanish. • Must have an unrestricted state license with the BBS to practice in CA. • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities, as well as outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, are needed. Compensation: $30 hourly
