Our Furnishings & Décor Consignment Store in Avondale Estates and our Women's Consignment Store in Decatur. Position Offered – Full Time Women's Consignment Store Manager located at 2134 North Decatur Road, Decatur GA 30033As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for all retail operations. Provide exceptional customer service, meeting and exceeding store sales goals, and assisting with inventory, employee management, visual standards and store opening & closing.

Detailed Job Description:Leadership: Providing employee supervision and management; setting clear expectations and leading by example. Enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.Contributing to the hiring and training of new employees.Customer Service: Establishing rapport with customers to provide excellent service. Handling any customer issues and problems in conjunction with Assistant Store Manager.Sales: Providing product information and suggestions to meet or exceed sales goals, listing products on social media platforms.Inventory: Sorting incoming consignments, pricing incoming merchandise and ensuring inventory handling procedures are followed.Merchandising: Ensuring merchandising standards and product presentations are second to none, and create that WOW factor.

Candidate Requirements:High-School Diploma or equivalent1+ years retail experience, in a management or key holder roleMust have knowledge of fashion, brands and trendsReliable and trust-worthyMust have a positive attitude and friendly personality with customer service focusThe ability to stand and walk for extended periods of timeThe ability to multi-task
