Bentley's Restaurant located near the Barclay Downs Drive area. We are looking for an experienced professional that is focused on personalized service, attentive to guest throughout their visit, hardworking, a team member that works well in a fast paced environment, and the ability to create memorable experiences for the guest.

For servers we require at least two years of previous fine ding serving experience in a high end dining establishment, excellent customer service skills and the ability to connect with people, knowledge of food, multitasking, computer skills and an team player while delivering an exceptional dining experience

· Wine knowledge required

· Liquor knowledge required

· Availability on evenings, holidays, and weekends is expected of all staff

· Reports to work on time, in assigned neat and clean uniform, well-groomed hair and personal hygiene are essential

· Maintains a positive attitude while demonstrating flexibility, teamwork, and communication

· Completes opening and closing side work

· Prepares dining room for service

· Helps guest to make selections from food and beverage menus, suggest courses and pairings, explains specials, and answers all food preparation questions

· Handles guest special dietary needs, allergies or special request

· Communicates with kitchen to manage timing of courses, any guest feed back, etc.

· Maintains expert knowledge of all food and beverage menus

· Must be able to constantly walk, stand, bend, lift, and carry up to 30 pounds
