We're a close-knit, purpose driven team based in Carlsbad, and we’re looking for a passionate Fine Jewelry Sales Teammate to join us in transforming special moments into timeless treasures.
About the Role As a sales team member, you'll be the heart of the client experience guiding individuals and couples through our custom design process with warmth, creativity, and expertise. From first consultation to final delivery, you’ll play a key role in co-creating meaningful, one-of-a-kind jewelry pieces.

Key Responsibilities
Guide clients through the full custom jewelry journey from inspiration to delivery
Deliver an exceptional, personalized client experience both in person and virtually
Translate stories and ideas into design recommendations that reflect individual values and style
Confidently manage client pipelines, follow-ups, and ongoing communication
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure design accuracy, timely production, and seamless service
Maintain a polished showroom that reflects our luxury brand aesthetic and sustainable ethos
Contribute to a team culture built on empathy, creativity, and excellence
Qualifications
1-2+ years in client-facing roles (jewelry, luxury retail, or design experience preferred)
Strong interpersonal skills with an empathetic, detail-oriented approach
Excellent communication and active listening abilities
Passion for design, sustainability, and creating meaningful customer experiences
Comfortable working with CRMs, online communication tools, and digital design platforms
Self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills

Compensation & Schedule
Part time position 18 - 30 hours per week depending on availability and company needs
Saturdays or Sunday required and some holidays
1-2 year commitment
$20 - $23 per hour DOE plus profit sharing
