Human Resources and Payroll Specialist
Fineline Architectural Millwork seeks a dynamic, collaborative Human Resources Generalist to assist with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources functions and duties. The HR Generalist will help support other department management with HR related matters. The HR specialist will demonstrate a high level of trust, confidentiality, good judgment and collaboration. The Generalist will work closely with employees, managers and senior leaders of the organization. The ideal candidate understands and has appreciation for the contribution of each and every employee to the company's vision and excellence in execution.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Qualifications:
Construction industry background (ideally residential)
Extremely proficient in QuickBooks (ideally Premier Contractor Edition), MS Excel, MS Outlook and MS Word, ADP Payroll
10-Key
Typing skills of 45 WPM
Utilization and maintenance of various office machines (i.e., fax machine, printers, copiers, scanners and plotters)
Knowledge of general construction terminology, accounting principles and job costing
Organization

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
