Finical is a leading provider of payment processing services and merchant solutions in North America. We are looking to hire a highly motivated and skilled Marketing Manager for our Dallas office with experience in creating, and delivering marketing materials to support strategic sales growth. This is an in-house role, the selected candidate will be working in our Dallas, TX Office.

Responsibilities

• CREATE CONTENT MARKETING: Produce blog articles, case studies, infographics, videos, and other types of content; use SEO best practices, content marketing, and outreach to promote programs and services.

• MANAGE SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING: Grow our social platform audience size and reach by promoting content, identifying content gaps and work around it, engaging with page followers groups. Assist in creating social media calendars and publishing strategies to target the correct audience at the right time.

• MANAGE SEM/PPC: Create Ad campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads and etc to market the company’s products and services to the correct audience, monitoring and tracking for quality leads. Assist in creating a lead generation funnel.

• MANAGE OVERALL MARKETING STRATEGY/ PLANNING: Be an active player in the planning, strategy building, and execution of the companies overall marketing strategy for its digital assets.

Required Skills

• 3+ years experience in the field of digital marketing/advertising with hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, and SMM.

• Solid experience in PPC.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred, but not required.

• Ability to post content to platforms such as WordPress, YouTube, and other 3rd party sites.

• Ability to post social media content to relevant social media platforms.

• Proficient with basic formulas and capabilities of spreadsheets with willingness and ability to learn more quickly.

• Experience creating PowerPoint (Keynote or Google Slides) presentations.

• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.

• Graphic design (Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or similar) and video editing skills are a plus.

• Proven skills and experience in Creative/SEO content writing.

• Analytical mindset and critical thinking.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic HTML, CSS skills are a plus.

• Must be located in the Dallas area.'
