The Opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced carpenter with approximately 5–10 years of experience who takes pride in their work and wants to continue developing their craft.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys working on high-end, custom projects where quality, attention to detail, and craftsmanship matter more than simply getting the job done.

The right candidate is reliable, hardworking, takes ownership of their work, and is eager to learn. You don't need to know everything—we value people who want to improve their skills, learn from experienced craftsmen, and take on new challenges.

What We're Looking For:

5–10 years of professional carpentry experience

Strong knowledge of residential construction and finish carpentry

Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship

Reliable, dependable, and committed to doing things the right way

Ability to read and understand plans and construction details

Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team

Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn

Professional attitude and ability to work respectfully with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors

Valid driver's license and ability to commute to various job sites

A genuine interest in developing your skills and career in high-end construction

What You'll Be Doing:

Our carpenters work on a wide variety of custom residential projects, including:

High-end renovations and additions

New custom homes

Finish carpentry and detailed interior work

Custom built-ins and specialty spaces

Framing and general carpentry

Doors, windows, trim, cabinetry, and architectural details

Working alongside experienced craftsmen and project managers

Collaborating with architects, designers, homeowners, and subcontractors
