The Finishing Operator provides the necessary labor and skill to convert the extruded rubber and plastic into a finished part.
First shift hours are Monday-Friday; 6am-2:30pm. Second shift hours are Monday-Friday; 2pm-10:30pm Third shift hours are Sunday-Thursday; 10pm-6:30am
Pay for this position ranges from $17.43-$18.47.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Understand and use work instructions, part specific document
Accurately report production and scrap
Complete required quality documents
Check parts against quality standards and inspection standards
Complete assigned tasks: laminator, brake press, cut to length, grinder, corner weld-make reels,
pack and tab, adhesive application
Inspect and sort parts as required
Occasionally be used as relief for other productions lines
Complete assigned tasks per Production Advisor
Deliver production output defined by the production order

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
