    Starting with a 3 month probationary period. A favorable performance evaluation after 3 months comes with a pay increase and permanence in the position. Periodic evaluations and pay increases continue throughout employment.

    To ensure success as a Office Assistant/Data Entry Clerk, you should have previous experience as an Office Assistant. You should also have above-average typing skills and be capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

    OFFICE ASSISTANT/DATA ENTRY CLERK RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Data Entry
    • Assist in onboarding new employees.
    • Manage Google Calendars.
    • Office Purchases.
    • Scan/Copy/Print.
    • Monitor and work in multiple email accounts.
    • Screen and forward calls to other departments.
    • Manage online subscription tools

     

    OFFICE ASSISTANT/DATA ENTRY CLERK REQUIREMENTS:

    • 5 years’ Office/clerical experience.
    • Previous experience as a full charge bookkeeper.
    • Above-average Typing Skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Good communication skills.
