Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Experience with the hands-on software development & testing

Able to manage the test process from test case creation to defect tracking

Functions as a core member of an agile team driving user story creation, analysis & elaboration for software applications, testing & builds

Able to partner with internal and external customers using visualization tools like process mapping, wireframe creation and other techniques to fast track concepts

Able to understand the travel reservation process and follow it through from front office to mid office and back office systems

Understands and can create SQL queries to troubleshoot data conditions

Data mapping through the GDS API services and understands the concepts of Service Oriented Architecture

Key Qualifications:

4+ years of business analyst experience in the travel domain

Demonstrated experience with Agile or other rapid application development methods

Demonstrated experience with data analytics

Experience with Web Service analysis and troubleshooting through evaluation of the schema to the payload produced

• Requirements:

  Located in Phoenix, AZ.

  Must have a Travel Exposure

  Understand basic tech knowledge

  1. Travel Background will be preferable
  2. Strong experience in SQL querying and analytics (MUST)
  3. Strong experience in business requirement elicitation, Source to Destination Mapping for data integration needs and data validation
