    Job Description

    We are looking for an enthusiastic, efficient, kind natured individual to join our amazing team.

    The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, be enthusiastic and self-motivated with excellent attention to detail and sound computer skills (MS Office suite). The applicant should be able to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner and have knowledge of office management procedures.

    • Minimum 1 years’ experience in an administration role
    • Proven reception / customer service skills with a clear phone manner, courteous attitude and the ability to problem solve
    • Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office Suite
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Ability to work autonomously
    • Demonstrated initiative when undertaking day to day activities
    • Demonstrated communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
