    MEDIA BUYER POSITION OVERVIEW:

    Fire Ads Media is currently looking for a Media Buyer who will be responsible for managing large-scale buys across a number of different platforms and sources. The ideal candidate is analytical, business savvy, assertive, and understands the current digital buying landscape.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Create & Launch Content Campaigns across multiple exchange platforms.
    • Research, Quantify, & Evaluate performance trends on a CPM and CPC basis on a platform and device basis.
    • Perform Strategic Analysis and implement campaign optimizations (e.g. keyword research, ad copy testing, bid management) in order to ensure the optimal return on our advertising investment.
    • Contribute to weekly reports for senior leadership and peers regarding performance against company objectives, KPI's, and critical learning's from campaign testing and experiments.
    • Establish and maintain expert knowledge of the latest innovations and opportunities impacting SEM, programmatic display, native/content recommendation, and the overall digital marketing landscape.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • At least 2 years’ experience with Paid Performance Campaigns on social media (Facebook, Snapchat, & Instagram preferred), native/content recommendation networks (Taboola, Outbrain, Zemanta, & Yahoo/Gemini preferred) and/or display networks (Google & Amazon preferred).
    • Additionally for the Search Media Buyer position: At least 2 years’ experience with Paid Search arbitrage via Yahoo, Google, or Bing search feeds.
    • Strong understanding of the paid performance content arbitration model from creative to launching and split testing campaigns to overall campaign management and yield optimization.
    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations.
